This problem isn`t so important now...

In the next few days i will try to buy VDS,my only Question is:
"What`s the best way for me to buy VDS??"
I am 14 years old and live in Austria. I have no credit card,but my own Bank Account and 20 Euro(s).
What`s the safest and easiest way to order VDS for me??

PS:I `ve only the Demo-Version now!

The best way is probably a credit card, don't you know anyone who will buy it for you using his\her credit card? And then you would pay him\her.

Now for your other problem you must read the item in the text file, use option fieldsep," " and PARSE to get the command and then the same but the field must be "," to get the parameters, then, lets assume you have %%COM %%PAR1 %%PAR2 %%PAR3 in the end, you must make something like goto Com%%COM and then make a routine for each VDS command, using the variables you acquired as the parameters for those commands
