Requirements: vds 4.00 or higher

If you have a need to find out if a file has an icon present in it or not,
then this code will help you determine this.


Please note that doing this can slow down your script a bit if the file
you are checking is a big file and either has no icon or the icon is
located near the end of the file.

If anyone can think of a quicker way to verify whether a file has an icon
or not, feel free to follow up on this... I'd sure like to know if there's a
quicker way.
