We have created a script for one of our clients to port email from their website to their database. Problem is we need the full version of VDS to make it functional. We purchased the license about 10 days ago and although the company took our money, we never got the email with the license. After numerous calls and emails and NEVER getting a single response, I'm stuck.
We stand to loose several thousand dollars in work if we can't get the full version of this software.
Can anyone help us here?
Thanks

Hi Steve,
First, Welcome to VDSWorld. As for your problem, that is actually unusual
for CR (Commercial Research) to take so long to respond. We do have a
member or two here that handle the emails, etc. for CR, but I also think
that they too, have fulltime jobs. I cannot say for sure.
All I can say is please be patient. I would check your email client to be
sure that CR's emails weren't by chance marked as SPAM, as this is a
regular occurance nowadays. _________________ Bill Weckel

| I'll contact the person in charge of CR and have them look into your license issue immediately. |

Thanks very much. Is the fulfillment of the order a file called "sales.exe" by any chance?

Hi Steve,
You might want to check your spam folder for the file. Also, perhaps your
mail server has blocked the attachment.
You should hear soon as PGWARE has contacted CR.
Best regards,

| Very unlikely Commercial Research is sending an exe by email as almost all spam filtering/virus filtering software typically blocks exe's. I'd run the file through a virus scanner, if the file is from @commercialresearch then it may be them but I highly doubt it. |
