OK, I played around with it, and this works on my system. Is this an acceptable solution for you?

Your code is OK, but it must be done under %%


Finaly i get what i want with this code...

%W = @WINDIR(S)
%%ShutDown1 = %W\rundll32.exe user32.dll"," LockWorkStation
