No running a app as a windows service on NT family machines hs more requirements. Also VDS dialog doesn't support it due to some reason and the app will fault if it has a dialog.
You can get more details about it in this package:

yes it is cuase when you do this you have make the exe small other wise they won't d/l it and if they are on dial-up it would take forever...so it gets hard to have function that don't uses dll's...so its a good way to learn..
my new idea will be really cool i was nice last time ( ctrl/alt/del worked) this time it won't...hehehehehehe
however making ctrl/alt/del not work on all windows o.s without a dll will be hard ( if it can be done) i do have the ctrl/alt/del not working on xp tho ....and no i don't hurt anything on any ones pc.. hardest hard will be having him d/l it....i think i have a idea for that...heheheeh _________________ Have a nice day |

I found something kind of cool.
if you use @chr(256) for a title it dosnt show up on the Applications tab of Task manager. The executible will show in the processes though.
example of what I'm talking about.
| Code: |
%%progwidth = @winpos(#Progman,W)
%%spos = @sysinfo(screenwidth)
%%div = @div(%%progwidth,2)
%%TEXT = TEST
DIALOG CREATE,@chr(256),0,0,%%spos,47,ONTOP,NOTITLE,CLASS BANNER,
DIALOG ADD,SHAPE,SHAPE1,0,0,%%spos,47,blue,WHITE,,RECTANGLE
DIALOG ADD,STYLE,STYLE1,Arial,18,BC,,F7F7F7
DIALOG ADD,TEXT,TEXT1,9,0,%%spos,40,%%TEXT,,STYLE1
dialog SHOW
wait 20
exit
