When you use the "dialog cursor" command in the VDS IDE, stop your program and restart it, the last used cursor will be displayed by default. Try running the script below twice from the same IDE:
Code: | DIALOG CREATE,New Dialog,-1,0,240,160
DIALOG SHOW
wait event
dialog cursor,hand |

the same thing happens with compiled scripts ... if you shut them down when a hand cursor is displayed, then the next time you open that script, it will display the hand

I always include 'dialog cursor, ' after 'dialog show' just in case my program crashed while a different cursor was set.
