Now that there are VDS forums at DialogScript.com, and PG is even recommending that VDS questions are now posted there, does VDSWorld.com have a future? _________________ The Tech Pro

VDSWorld needs to stay alive!
All the history, source codes, vds applications, vds DLLs, ect... HAS to stay!
But If ever I buy VDS 6, my technical questions about it will most probably be posted on the new forum, since its public now.
Long live VDSWorld! And welcome to the new forum! |

vdsworld does have a future indeed ... this is what ed said about the official forum at dialogscript.com:
Quote: | Note that this forum isn't really intended to replace the wonderful one at vdswold.com, it is more oriented to support matter and FAQ making as also for a convenient way to get bilateral support |

Many thanks Serge
Indeed, VDSWorld has been and STILL is the best VDS community resources site on the web.
For me, it is more than important that it stays the best one.
The forums at dialogscript.com, as stated and quoted above, are mainly intended to get immediate informations and to track litteraly bugs...
I plan to add more links to VDSWorld.com on the main dialogscript.com page.
Dialogscript.com is more a corporate site, intended to make sales, it is why it needs too to show it's alive and frequently visited, which is actually the case with more than 500 different visitors / day.
More the content will be updated, more users will post testimonials and or bugs reports, more the future of VDS will be assured.
We need all the community support to ensure the best VDS exposure.
Myself, I'll try to be more active here, but again, it's a community site...

I recommend the dialogscript.com forums as a way for people to quickly report any bugs that may be found - it's always faster to go directly to the source to get fixes.
vdsworld.com isn't being closed down The website doesn't cost much to run, and it doesn't use that many resources.
It's nice to see you back on the forums Jules. |
