I guess its posible for some to think you might include some spyware in your personal copy and be the experiment giny pig while your waiting you might get all kinds of thoughts, this might hurt during the next update for sales
I also understand how complicated it is protecting your software, but I also believe you should be able to work in any room in my house.
So this would be a large size headache for CR.
Seems a lot of people are proud to be a 1 day download hacker
But I have found CR to be great people with a caring attitude, which is rare these days, so I trust them and dont mind waiting for my VDS6
Maybe CR will find that top notch secret to make every copy truely protected next time around. |

Hello Brandon,
Long time no see.
Yup I understand this feeling...
I would like to point however, that I buy around $5000 software each year over the internet, and waiting is more than a common behaviour...
Well don't worry all, I'm setting automation actually... It will take a little time as I process in the same time the licenses already purchased...

Well don't feel too bad CR. I'm just being a bratty customer
Marketing and distribution concerns should be your foremost concern at the moment so do move forward carefully.
Thanks,

I thought you were quite well mannered. You should see some of the support tickets we get. Sometimes I wonder if people buy software specifically so they can have something to complain about. _________________ The Tech Pro

I'm not complaining, but was curious what to do with a left over file from VDS6 zip.
****-****-****-****
I'm guessing its for Internet Suite Registration or maybe something else.
Looks like a key of somekind, but my VDS6 runs good without it.
Thanks |

You do need a serial number, it has to be generated using the same name VDS is registered under. _________________ The Tech Pro

Hi,
I have the most basic problem - the old password/username is functionless (I have VDS 4.5 and VDS 5) and when I attempted to register newly - I filled a form again - I didn't succeed. VDS 6 is maybe inaccessible for me
The product (VDS) is very good but the marketable policy is hopeless!
Is there some viable solution? |

Hello,
The website for which you have login and password is at the following url as it allways has been:
http://reg.dialogscript.com:8987
It is still un use only for registered users from previous version. It allows you also to retrieve the information you need to request upgrading price if you've lost your 2checkout order number.
You're invited to register on the new website.

Hi Ed1,
I filled the form on the NEW website but I haven't got any confirmation - any email. I was waiting few days... and nothig.
Then I attempted to register again - but I got a message that this email address is already registered.
Today I registered again - I completed an other (valid) email address and I have got a known message:
Quote: | Info: Registration Complete!Your account has been created and activation link has been sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail before you can login.
|
I am waiting again ...
I advise this procedure for a patience cultivation
P.S. I have no SPAM filters set up on my email client. |

Hello,
Sorry to hear that... This issue happened at the beginning and wasn't supposed to be reproduced!
What user name did you entered in the form in order htat I delete it prior to make a new attempt?
PS: do not provide this information here, send it to me at visual@dialogscript.com

I am not getting an email either! On any of the 3 packages I tried! So something is still wrong somewhere...
