I want to have the possibility to resize an element in a window, let's say like outlook. In an application like outlook it's possible to resize the left
'listbox' and the preview window without changing the window size of the
dialog. When making the left side bigger, the rigt side is getting smaller.
I think this is called a slider. I would like to know if this is possible in VDS
Any help appreciated !

Regards,

Tom

It is possible in VDS, but it's not like a built in thing, it's something you will have to code yourself. In fact, I've done this before myself in VDS, but right now, can't think of what source code I have that in, so can't offer up any example for you right now.

I normally use an empty Bitmap element as the actual element that gets clicked on and dragged. Once the mouse clicks down and is held, you monitor the mouse coordinates. If the mouse moves in either direction, you adjust your other elements on either side of the empty Bitmap. Do so until the mouse is released.
