CJ Portable is now ready for download and testing. There is no install, just copy the CJPortable.exe to the root of your portable drive and run it. It will take a little time on the first run of the program to create the needed files and folders. You can even run it next to the PortableApps.com launcher.
All info is now on the CJ Portable website.

Hi LiquidCode,
I have made some tests and i found that:
..... Splah screen too fast to display/hide;
..... Local Help file, please? (the videos perhaps.) ;
..... Extension Manager:
.......... Icon for Extension Manager. Popup Menu show do nothing;
.......... You should have the option to show the second icon for Extension Manager. And put in popup menu of CJ Portable to open Extension Manager;
.......... Tooltip in Icon of Extension Manager saying for example "Extension Manager";
.......... Minimizing Add Extension Dialog should hide Extension Manager from taskbar. After closing it, show it again;
.......... Remember last application in open with when you click browse because maybe i want to register many extensions with the same program;
.......... Open with SEM in window context menu? Maybe you should use full application title;
.......... Can´t i write my own open with application in text field. You should enable it and check if it exists;
..... CJ Portable itself:
.......... Option to define my own Video, Music,... path;
.......... In main menu indent menus Video, Music, ... a little against menu documents (after all, this menus are inside the last one) ;
.......... You should save root path of CJPortable installation ( and this can be any path, for ex: c:\program files\CJPortable\) because maybe i want to install for application in my hard drive to run portable apps ;
.......... Ok i know that primary target for application is usb drives but you really should test it against any install base path and see the effects;
And i have done for now.
As the application itself looks good, does the job for what it was planned for.
My rating for now is : 3.5*
Bye. _________________ César Baptista, Portugal

Yeah, sure! You might want to DL again before you try it. I have been updating it almost daily. _________________ Chris

I updated CJ Portable to some of cabaptista's comments. To address some others...
I am going to keep the folder locations hard coded into the program as it does make it easier and new folders are created if they are not found.
Offsetting the sub folders on the skin (Music, Pictures, etc.) will stay the way it is, I like them lined up, BUT since new skins can be made, you are able to make one to the way you would like to see it. I may just make one with them offset if you ask nicely.
As it is now, CJ Portable can be run from anywhere, but everything (folders, apps) will be created under the main program. Again this way is easier to code. Changing the "root" would take a lot more time.
Again, thanks for the comments. Keep 'em coming.
