I'd suggest that if no activity on these soon, then start deleting them off
the forum. They're just wasting forum space if not being worked.

i think that they should be kept garrett as you never know when you are going to need them...perhaps move them to an archive as opposed to delete them

That might be a good idea there. Only active projects should remain in
this forum, inactive can be moved to an archive.... If an archived project
becomes active again, then move it back to this forum.

It may be very easy for Team Members to move the projects to an archive. Smile

And as you can see, the whole thing was left as is, no archive, no deletion.
