I want to have hotkeys for my app, but do not want to use the HOTKEY command. I want to use menu items with hotkeys attached, but I don't want the menu visible. Is there a way to hide a menu without using a DLL? _________________ Chris

Yes I am aware of that though I want to use the escape key as the hot key. Without having to press the Alt key. Only way to do that without the hotkey command it using a menu. _________________ Chris

Yes that is what I did at first but after a while it seems to slow the app down. It is for work and I keep it open all day. _________________ Chris

OMG never mind.... I forgot if I use a button and call it Cancel, the Escape key is used for that button as well... duh! All set now. Thanks for the help! _________________ Chris
