So I've been working off and on on this single pane file manager for about 10 years now. It's in a semi working order. Navigating works, delete, new folder, rename file/folder, copy or move file/folder(still a bug in this somewhere), Run dialog, file properties and setting attributes. It's up to near 1500 lines now and there are bugs to fix and a lot more code to add. I have code for the search feature but didn't convert it to this program from a standalone search. You can turn on or off hidden files and you can turn on grid lines or turn them off. My plan was to make this a small but useful alternative file manager, or as a portable program or backup that can be used when Windows Explorer isn't available
I'd really like to see this one through to the end, but having A.D.D. can be a bit of a problem with larger projects.. This has turned out to be a larger project and at my rate it may be another 10 years before I complete it. So I'm looking to see if anyone wants to help out on this one, if not, take the code and run with it for yourself, just let me know where I can download a copy of your completed project when you're done with it so I can use it too. I actually use this little file manager now and then already as it is now. Personally I would like to continue to still be a part of this little project and work with someone else on it.
Now, I may also have some other projects worth sharing work on or open source'ing, but I'll hold off to see if anyone is even interested in this one.
