I found a Delphi component to create xml parser but I don't know how create the dll in delphi for vds

Some can help me ?

This would be a great dll. I personally am looking for a way to comunicate to internet sites via xml much the same as the current cgi from a desktop vds application. Sites like fedex and the usps are enabling their shipping information to be accessed with xml.
