Nice, but I have one question: what is the "64.18925.0.1" that shows up
under version information mean?
Here's a screenshot:

I honestly can't say. Was developed on a Windows 98 machine and that
doesn't show for me at all.
Some strange things about the compiler. It won't add version information
to the resource file. I have to hand code it in and store it in a global
variable.
Hopefully, that doesn't effect the dll in anyway. _________________ Bill Weckel

Here's another one.
Pretty empty
Don't mind the Dutch language and the bad quality

Actually I can see the problem. I used a resource tool to look at standard
"Version Information" resource. The following is what I found, and following
that is the correct format for the resource.
What I found:
Code: |
1 VERSIONINFO
FILEVERSION 64,18925,0,1
PRODUCTVERSION 85,0,0,1033
FILEOS 0x0
FILETYPE 0x0 |
What it should be:
Code: | 1 VERSIONINFO
FILEVERSION 1,0,0,0
PRODUCTVERSION 1,0,0,0
FILEOS 0x4
FILETYPE 0x2
{
BLOCK "StringFileInfo"
{
BLOCK "040904E4"
{
VALUE "CompanyName", "your company name"
VALUE "FileDescription", "your file description"
VALUE "FileVersion", "1.0.0.0 or any version"
VALUE "InternalName", "internal name"
VALUE "LegalCopyright", "your copyright"
VALUE "LegalTrademarks", "legal trademarks"
VALUE "OriginalFilename", "original filename"
VALUE "ProductName", "product name"
VALUE "ProductVersion", "product version"
VALUE "Website", "your site"
}
}
BLOCK "VarFileInfo"
{
VALUE "Translation", 0x0409 0x04E4
}
} |

Thanks FF.
Fixed the version info table. Should appear correctly now. _________________ Bill Weckel

The version info looks to be fixed, however, the .zip file now is partially
corrupted. I would try re-zipping it.
The .zip file partially extracts and then Windows gives me the following
error:

I've found an incorrect spelled word in the Help-file.
Quote: | 2 — Missing paramters to command |
paramters should be parameters |
