Yes I decided to release i.Update System PErsonnal Edition as open source which was originaly released in May 2002!
This means if you use this code and enhance it, share your modifications with the VDSWORLD community and give credit to the author, thats me  !
You can get the complete kit from here (including VDSIPP.DLL):

Enjoy and hope this open source project will evolve, since it was my personnal favorite from my collection.
