I had warned about that earlier. Just remove the timer - so that mousedown in VDSUG won't be put to work (and menu is not shown). I don't think anymore crashes shpould occur. This is a VDS 5 specific bug - A new bug introduced in VDS 5.x ?? .You can use VDS built in @mousedown() but as of now U know it has some bugs - have to live with it. Hope it's fixed in next version Sad

Also anyone tried it in VDS 3-4.x I am sure it won't crash.

Also sorry for not warining that it may force a reboot atleast on win 9x Sad

I have converted the script to implement mousedown function entirely using API. Also removed some inconsistencies in the script so that it should work on all versions of VDS 3.x and above.
So I hope no more crashes. Smile

Thanks for your encouragement.
May be a DSU after VDS update.
Enjoy!!

I did intentionally avoid Scroll bars. If U scroll then you should use the API mouse down to detect when the user released the mouse button and refresh ( WM_ERASEBKGND -> WM_PAINT) the richedit using API else it may look horrible.
I have not tested if it works.
Also note that scrollbars will be opaque

Replace the following line to show scroll bars (single line):
Code:
%%Riched = @UG(DLLFUNC,CreateWindowExA,INT,INT:0,STRBUF,STRBUF,INT:@SUM(1073741824,268435456,4,8192,192,2097152,1048576),INT:%%LEFT,INT:%%TOP,INT:%%WIDTH,INT:%%HEIGHT,INT:%H,INT:0,INT:%M,INT:0)
