Anyone have any ideas or how to's about converting icons to bitmaps. Question I would like to able to process multiple files.


Could this be done using the VdsSurfx.dll?

You could try using sendkeys to open the icon in MSPAINT then save it as
a bitmap.

Not sure whether or not the VDSCONVERT.DLL can do that. Confused

XnView is a (free) image program that I use. It converts
between a lot of formats (including ICO to BMP), and
allows multiple file conversions from a list. Wink
