The VDS WAIT command will do fractional (decimal) wait
periods in VDS3 and later, but there's some limits to its'
accuracy...
WAIT ".01" is about as fast as it gets. Anything past that
(WAIT ".001", etc.) will NOT be any faster.
Also, WAIT isn't precise even up to that point - there only
seems to be a change in actual wait time at approx 5/100
second intervals or so.
