Hello folks,

well, I sure could use help on the following:

I need to send values out of a list (thanks to helping hands this seems to work already) into a web formular, which consists of only one edit line.

This is the way I need to go:
Call up the url from the desktop and send my text into the edit line.
This raises more questions: Since I need to use IE 5.5, which changes the title all the time, I need to find out its class name. I tried through the Windows Spy, but found neither the help file nor could I identify a never changing class name... Confused

I would love to use @winatpoint, but am having a similar problem. I do get the values for the position of the main window, but how would I get the ones for the edit line?

Thanks to all that give life to this forum.

I 'm not sure i understand your problem eg. what is a web formular?

Let me say a couple things just in case you will find them useful:

1. You can launch URL from within VDS by using RUN HTTP://WWW.VDSWORLD.COM

2. the address bar of MSIE has the class name #Edit.
