Ok. I know this might be lame. But for the first time, I tried
to use an icon on a bit button and it didn't work. In the help
file is does not say anything about using an icon just a bitmap
but when I go to select the bitmap, it also has an option to
select an icon. Are icons supposed to work on bit buttons or
is the selection just a mistake?

I tried this also some time ago - and I just couldn't make it work so I think
that it's not supposed to. I ended up converting the .ico files to .bmp and
then everything ran smoothly.

I moved your post to the Bug Reports section of the forum, so hopefully S.A.D.E. will eventually fix their dialog designer Rolleyes

I hope so, that would be great. Also, another thing I noticed was that in
vds 4.x when using an icon with a bitmap object, you cannot stretch it.
Could someone else test this. It did stretch in VDS 3.x
