Break a search engines results into values

If I have a list like:

Superbang - comment comment comment comment comment comment
comment this and that comment *OK* - 367 k

Bigbox - comment comment *GREAT*comment comment comment comment comment this and that comment - 598 k

Blockbuster - comment *NICE* comment comment comment comment comment comment this and that comment - 843 k


Now I want to search the whole page for *GREAT* and receive the size of the program. Please, also note the words position, which might be anywhere inside the text.
