This really isn't necessary because there is already the "WAIT" command
but it's just an example:

#define command,sleep

rem ** Time in milliseconds **
sleep 3000
exit

:sleep
loadlib kernel32.dll
%A = @lib(kernel32,Sleep,NIL:,INT:%1)
freelib kernel32.dll
exit

It's a good one, as this allows for shorter delays then WAIT. It will probably freeze dialogs
while sleeping though.
