visible observation resource usage window ontop.

Window would open if programmer {sets debug on} option.
Window would have multiple current usage counters.

Current Line being read { Text Visible }
Current Mem FREE
Current Mem Used
Whens Active
Whens Disabled
Handles
Calls
Nested Loops
Stack Depth
Wavplaybytes
Wavcached

This would be vital tool for finding problems before releasing compiled projects. THANKS, nt
