I found the service on www.whois.sc interesting which told you the domain
names listed on a server if you inputted the IP address. I'd like to try and
make a script to do that (ex.: it is important for instance to find out how
many domains are hosted on a server before using hosting etc.)

Anybody have any ideas? Smile

FF

Doing reverse DNS usually won't give you a list of domains hosted there. I do RDNS once in a while but
I've only seen info 'bout the main server not 'bout the virtual domains placed there.

Internet Suite 2 has a function to do this.

I have not got my 'extras' from Commercial Research Limited yet despite paying for them. And I get absolutely no response when I chase them, or the dialogscript email address from which I received VDS5!

In case anyone is wondering, I've concluded that whois.sc has gathered
info about all the domains they can, and then they see which domains'
nameservers match.
