This will animate the window at start up plus in VDS4 it will retain the WinXP look and not look like Classic Windows
I have not tested all of these out. so be careful

Styles are:
Roll animation.

Slide animation.

Roll/Slide need to be used with one of the following:
Right 00000001
Left 00000002
Down 00000004
Up 00000008
Add RIGHT/LEFT with UP/DOWN for diagonal effects.

Fade effect. Can be used only if hwnd is a top-level window.
Win 2000 or higher
