Anyone knows howto get a flicker free blinking Taskicon ?, the code snippet below works, although its not very nice looking at a flickering status bar... Crying or Very sad

Is there another way to solve this problem ? DIALOG SHOW & HIDE does not work on a TASKICON dialog element.
