Hi,

A week ago i ordered a regkey for VDS5 online, but i still haven't received it yet, i also send a e-mail to sales@dialogscript.com and haven't got any response, does any body know whats the reason for that?

I suppose you checked your spam box? About half of my registrations seem to get classified as spam, as they come from an address I haven't previously written to so they don't get automatically whitelisted.

Yes, your email to support was received and forwarded to the proper
person to look into.

It might take another day or so though, so please hold on until you
get a reply back. If you don't get a reply within a few days, email
support again.

No the key isn't dropped in the spambox, i already checked that. Wink

Garrett i post this because i have troubles to send a email to dialogscript.com, it seems that emails from multiple accounts are bounched bij the spam-firewall of dialogscript.com.

I can't get the download to work for the registration program.
Think this is the third or fourth time I've clicked the send reg email. I get the email but when I click the link in the mail to download the reg program I get a new file found error.

I have written support, last mail was sent 1 day ago now.
The customer support is really bad. Sorry to say.

You sent a mail to support a day ago? Give it a little time... this isn't like
it's Borland customer support here. There's no possible way to support
the project with really good support and develop a good product at the
same time -- one or the other has to take the majority of the money.

What do you mean you get a 'file not found error'? When you download
the attachment, or when you try to run it?
