I'm looking to write a small application that communicates via FTP to a Personal Video Recorder I have. It doesn't warrant me buying the latest version of VDSIPP.DLL so I'm wondering if there is an earlier free version still available? I have both VDS 4.5 and 5.0

Check the "demo" folder of your VDS 5 program folder, and there should
be an example using FTP via API.

BTW... I've since found an older freeware version of VDSIPP.DLL (2.9.11.2001) on Tommy Sools old site. Do you know what is the latest version of VDS that it is compatible with?
