Chris, a nice database DSU you have made... Smile The method you used comes in handy when you want to edit Tab-seperated CSV files, so I think a lot of people will find use for it... Smile

Great work Chris. Very Happy

Do you envisage adding any SORT functionality to it (sort by Column/s)?

Cheers.

Hum... I may be able to add that. That's a little on the tough side. I'll see what I can do.

Thanks. I have an app using a dozen or so tab-seperated lists.. when I need to sort on particular columns I save to a text file, use a gawk script to swap columns around, then pipe the output through gnu sort, then another gawk script to swap columns back, then reload the text file. It's a bit messy I suppose, but it works and is surprisingly quick.

Cheers.

Here is an update to version 1.01

-Added @db(ver) to get the current version

-Added <column> to @db(text) so only
the text of one column can be returned
