Hi to everyone,

I need your help here.

I bought sunday afternoon Visual DialogScript 6.0 Standard Edition and until now i haven´t receive answers or emails from the Administrators.

I sent an email today to visual@dialogscript.com to check what was the problem but until now i haven't receive an aswer.

So what´s happening here, guys?
Can anyone explain to me why anyone is responding to emails?

And it's just my feeling or Visual DialogScript is like abandoned?

This is why I never ordered VDS6, I just don't trust Commercial Research anymore. They do not respond and are really killing VDS instead of promoting it.
A pity as VDS is still a nice and easy programming environment, but CR just doesn't seems interested in new customers anymore.
For me that meant switching completely to Delphi and Lazarus, I only use VDS5 every now and then for small utilities.
I really hope for you CR will answer, but answers are rare and irregular.... a sure way to chase away new and existing customers Sad

Is this really true?
What JRosa said ?
And does no one do anything about it ?

I never tought that VDS owners treat new customers like that.

I hope that VDS owners reply to my emails because i have paid $129 for this software.

Can someone tell me how to reach VDS owners from some other way?

it is a very small company and they do seem to take longer than you would expect to send registration and reply to emails. Give it a few more days, then send another email to them.

I really hope that they will send me the registration in a couple of days because i see in this software a future and i'm willing to contribute to this forum.

Just to update this novell.

I haven´t receive anything until now (and has a said before 2Co.com has taken the money from my bank account) so i just sent another email to visual@dialogscript.com asking for aswers.

Sorry to bother you again PGWARE, but can you help me telling the owner of CR that this situation is not good to anyone.

If they don´t want to sell DialogScript just remove it from their site. Period.

Sent another message at 3am to him about this. Haven't seen him online in a few days so not sure. I understand the frustration and your patience so far has been great; maybe give him a few more days?

Ok Guys,

I have received the emails with download id and vdskey.zip with supposed txt inside but the ZIP file is corrupted so i send an email back to CR owner telling him to send me another ZIP file with no errors.
