Another portable apps launcher. I like PortableApps.com, but wanted to make one myself to have more control of how it looks and feels.

- Change desktop wallpaper while running [optional]

1.9.13.2018 - Added option to return to favorites when hidden
- fixed favs bug. If no favs were set it would error
- fixed display issue when changing colors
