I have found some great utilities for making ANI files for your VDS Dialog and cursors also, plus a very easy to use icon editor. These are both for free, the Delphi source is included, someone who knows Delphi could probably even make the programs customized for VDSWORLD... Very Happy

The names of these are:

IconEdit32 - Icon Editor
CursorDance - Cursor Designer/ANI File Creator
