Hello all. I don't like asking this but...Does anyone know of/have/offering
free website hosting that doesn't have banners and no file size limitation?
Such thing may not exist but my site may be going down in about 3 days
and I would like to find a site to host it.

Im not sure, but I would think that theres not such a free service. We are a small ISP and even for our small scale, T1 and 10 or so sites, it costs us about a thousand a month when its all said and done. With the recent tech crumble and people scrutinizing bottom lines the free services have tightened their belts considerably and even the "free" services have reduced services and increased banners and spam to try and make profitability. Depending on your thru-put Id suggest Tri-pod. Theyre pretty reliable, offer ftp access, and cgi (at least for now) decent stats and such, but of course, there banners or popups (you get to pick) Even their paid hosting is cheap, like 5 bucks a month for 1st tier level.
