When WINHELP is used to open a standard windows Help File, it will often, not always, open that Help File in an active window BEHIND the inactive dialog screen from which it was opened! The Help window can be brought forward manually, but the problem is very confusing to the user, and makes the application look sloppy.

A related problem happens when the Help file opens in an On-Top window from a child dialog. The Help File appears OK, but when it's closed, the child dialog, still active, has been pushed behind the inactive main dialog. In a non-Help File situation, I would correct this with a WINDOWS ACTIVATE. But in this situation, that can't be used, cause a WINDOWS ACTIVATE on the line following a WINHELP .... will immediately bring the child dialog screen up over the Help window. In other words, WINHELP has no WAIT parameter, like RUN or SHELL.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, or program tweak, whatever.
