The dictionary command does not write to the file it is only used to do really fast look ups on static data. You will need to use the BinList SaveFile command to write to the file. Also the BinList SaveFile has a Append feature. This allows you to Append new records to the end of the file.

You should be able to pay with a credit card or debit card via the PayPal shopping cart. Are you sure you choose the correct option when you went to pay... Below is a quote from the merchant area FAQ from PayPal.

It is probably because my ip number (an internet cafe) is in Indonesia at the moment and my normal address is in France. And the Paypal site is being overly cautious...?

I have added the ability to purchase GadgetX through Share-It. You can goto http://www.dragonsphere.net/store and choose the Share-It link to purchase the DLL. I hope you have better luck with that one. Soon I will be adding RegSoft as well so if Share-it does not work you will have a 3rd option soon. Sorry for the delays but most of these E-Commerse places take time to setup and get working.
