My company has completed an Interactive CD-ROM on The Story of Saint Patrick and we are exporting it to the USA. We have been asked can we supply a "Year 2000 compliance certificate" for the CD-ROM (Software) !

Does anyone know how or where to get this?

You wouldn't think people would still ask for those, considering the program should be made on a system with a date past 2000..but, it should be basically just like a license agreement, only it states that to the best of your company's knowledge your program will operate past the year 2000 and not produce any errors related to the date.
Search on Yahoo for, Year 2000 compliance certificate, and you can see a few examples from other companies.
