Yes I think that's what it means. Like if you buy a 25 cent flashlight from
Wal-Mart and right when you need it the bulb goes out. Just like in the
scary movies like just when the people need the flashlight it goes out.
Then some monster jumps out from around the corner and eats them.
Oops. Got a little carried away. Wink

Personally I prefer MagLite. They've got a spare bulb in the tail of the
flashlight. And they're shock-resistant, water-resistant, etc. etc. etc. Wink
