This can be a very difficult one to be answed I think... I have to programs above eachother. On the top I've got 2 musicplayer decks where files can be dragged to. Below I have lists with names of files.
What I want is that you can 'drag' the filenames to the decks and that the decks load these files etc. The problem is that (1) you cannot drag text from a list and (2) you cannot drag filenames [must be files].
How can I get this yo work?

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, but if you're looking to drag
items around in a list or drag from one list to the other, Garrett has made
two examples for this:
