This is also a question about my musicplayer, but these questions won't be noticed when I put them in my other post. Please answer those other questions in that other post too!
How can I set the pitch, speed and balance of a MP3-file? I really need to know these options! Also I need to know how to CUE a MP3 file... I currently use the MCI commands, but if there is someone who knows a good DLL-file with the right commands to do this, than I'd really appreciate that!
And my last question: How can I get the bass-levels etc of a playing MP3-file? I need this for my visualisation
Thanks,
-=Raymond=-
PS: I don't think I should have to ask this, but is there a way to get the BMP of a MP3 file before playing it? |

Hello again,
I think you should try and look at both MP3 DLL's I mentionned in your other post before going any further. The examples and help files that comes with them will really help you out (most of my questions were answered by experimenting with both DLL's while developping VDSWORLD Media Player) and may have answers to some of your questions.
As for bass levels, well there's no way currently to get that information. Again a DLL would be needed for that. |

I allready looked at all the DLL-files you linked me too, and I looked at all the examples and help-files included, but I cannot find the right commands I need. For example the balance command in the vdsmp3.dll examples/helpfiles.
And because I don't know how to get all the possible commands from the DLL's there's a problem for me!
Thanks,
