Hi
have you some complete information for creating a help file?
I mean :
-all command of hcrtf.exe
-all possibilities in hpg files
-what to write in cnt files
And cand we write the rtf files correctly with vds?
I mean all special caracters

The old Windows Help format is long obsolete. I use the free Microsoft HTML Help Workshop, and create my help pages using an HTML editor (e.g. Front Page).

Yes, the HTML help format is now by far the most widely used, and looks
very professional. It is much easier to create a HTML help file than a
HLP one.

The HTML Help tool from Microsoft is very easy to use really. If your trying to design a web site visually within a Help tool I suggest really to use something like frontpage or dreamweaver instead, then compile in html help form MS.
Personally I use notepad to design sites  . |

When I try to run it, I get the message "Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt or wrong version. File "lidp.dll", error 126." I thought it seemed too good to be true.
BTW, when I returned back to post this comment, Garrett's second post about this program had disappeared, replaced by one from Xion. Did it offend someone?

Garrett's post wasn't removed  I moved the entire website over to a new server and Garrett's post was made a few seconds after the move was made Thus his forum entry was not in the database.

Try running "ipreg.exe" in the install directory |
