I need to make a graph, using a curve (not with line)
exist a dll that can make this type of graph?

Check out the DRAW features of vdsug.dll:

It's only 30k in size and can draw arcs - as well as lines,
circles, rectangles, round rectangles, ellipses and pie charts. Wink
