Sorry for this "out of code" question guys but I'm in the middle of a buying transaction of VDS and I'm having a doubt.

I'm buying VDS for a company and I need to receive the invoice of this purchase to be reimbursed. Does Commercial Research send you any Invoice after the payment is done? The thing is that I don't see any VAT field in the forms...

They use 2checkout, 2checkout will send you an email with the receipt of your purchase with all taxes included. I do not know if 2Checkout charges vat tax.
