Hi guy, I am bemused as to how I am supposed to buy the VDS6 Ultimate or any other VDS product!"!!

The official website is a mess and mostly not functioning correectly to the point that unless you can remember your login details (I can't as it was probably 15 years ago when I registered) you can't purchase anything which is rather commercially inpractical. There I was ready to spend my $499.00 and in the end found myself shouting at the screen and walking off site feeling extremely angree.!!!

Okay wrant over andf feeling better ! Has anyone got a diarect line to the mothership and can help me sort this out as I really need to move on with some projects and need the upgrade.

I've tried my VDS forum details to log on but that did not work. ...

A phone number to call someone would been most useful and very surprising that the guys behind VDS haven't published one....

Ok until tonight, the website still unaccessable and my antivirus still block me from accessing it and trigger a virus alert. Sad

The site is inaccessible directly, I would like to purchase the
VDS 6 Professional Edition + V-Setup 3 package which cose US$199.

I could access it through softpedia purchase link.

I just want to know 2 things here.

1) is there a further discount if I request it?

2) what happen if the purchase go throught but I didnt receive the require product download links or license keys, etc?

doubt theres any discounts - its hard to even get in contact with the guys in charge of VDS.

if you don't get your keys/serials/downloads contact the company that handles the sales - I think they use 2checkout and have the charge reversed, or contact credit card company and they will reverse the charge - if you don't get what you pay for they certainly don't get to keep your money.
