You can host VDS EXEs at Parcom ( http://www.parcom.net/ )
Just make sure you choose the Windows hosting plan. Wink

well i was thinking both...exe that would needed to be d/l and some type of exe on serverside....

A more efficient way in PHP would be this:

I do think however that some privacy issues may arise from this
technique, especially if doing it without asking the user first, or
mentioning such in the license agreement.
