Jules
I found the "mistake" I was doing.
1.I was using open.bmp. This file name is somehow never permitted and throws a unhandled exception. I don't know what other file names are disliked by VDS.
2.The bitmap should have atleast 16x16 pixels. If any dimension is less than 16 it throws an exception.
I think these are the 2 bugs/things that made my script not work. _________________ Regards

Okay. 1 may be a result of the faulty hashing. 2 is unavoidable. The bitmaps have to be 16x16 (it should say this in the help file, but I haven't checked.) Icons can be 32x32, but they are converted to a 16x16 bitmap internally. _________________ The Tech Pro

Thanx Jules
I know help file syas 16x16.
I didn't know a pixel small 16x15 or 15x16 bitmap doen't work. While using image lists with API I found if width goes wrong images overlap but with height usually nothing happens unless of course the discrepancy is real large. _________________ Regards
