Quality image editors usually cost money and are not freeware - by 'quality'
I mean they are marketed well: Adope Photoshop, Ulead PhotoImpact, etc.

You might have to find a program on the internet that converts files into
.EMF format that's freeware. Smile

however the file size after i converted it was still pretty big Sad
