As the title implies, all three extensions are now completely free. A license is no longer required for any of these extensions, I have also included source code. The extension can be used for freeware, shareware and/or commerical software without any purchase requirement.

The new dlls can be downloaded directly from vdsworld.com.

Technical support, bug fixes, and future updates to these dlls will no longer be provided.

Thank you very much, the gesture is greatly appreciated!
Don't need them in my current project but that can change in a next project. Knowing the quality you always supply I'm sure they will come in very handy one day.

Thanks PK, even if I am registered user of all of them, it will certainly be helpful for me... espacially the open source part.

What happens to support for people who have paid for licences to use these DLL's?

Hello Andy,

As noted in early March 2004 official support and updates would end around June 2004 - http://forum.vdsworld.com/viewtopic.php?t=2586 . I however did continue to put out periodic releases with fixes and enhancments.

It's unlikely any future updates and fixes will be released now. I will still be available on these forums to offer tips and help but there will not be any official or guaranteed support for these dll's.

I'm a registered user of two of them but am happy to see them become
freeware as this will greatly extend the possibilities of VDS for the
hobbyist programmer. Very Happy Thanks PK.
