This looks promising Smile

BTW - What is VDSQLite? From the pic it looks like a DB app or extention.

hehe I figured someone would ask that question. VDSQlite is an extension that I am working on that gives you full access to the SQLite database engine. The extension when finished will encapsulate the full SQLite 3.x engine. When complete you will not need any other external DLL's or dependencies such as ODBC or ActiveX to have a local SQL database engine for VDS.

As always I will keep everyone posted. Lets not post questions about this here please. It is the wrong thread for this stuff. I just didn't have any other simple demo to show VDS working under Wine and using external DLL's is all.

I am also working on something for MySQL but have not had the time to finish it. Currently I have 98% of the functions working but need more time to troubleshoot.

Keep me posted on your db progress and I'll do the same. Believe it or not I use VDS to "control" a crapload of Linux systems in a major computing environment. I can issue one command in my controller software and have it execute on 1 or many host at the same time. Makes updates and database support easy.

Good job definitely looks promising.
