There was a program out there that would convert a help file into a RTF
file. That's what I used when I started VDS. Converted the help to RTF,
printed the RTF's out and put it all in a binder. Still have that binder and
still use it to this very day as reference. The problem is, I don't remember
the name of the file/program for this, so I don't know if I even have it
here anymore, or where to find it online.

i wrote a lilttle program that would facilitate the printing of help files
it will first count the number of pages in the help file and then synchronize itself to it and then you can print whatever you want: page 1 to the end, page 1 to 10, one page,...
the great part of this program is that it is full automated and it will print the help pages as you see them ie. with pictures if they have them
you can download it from www.alphalink.com.au/~sergeb/goanna.zip (about 200kb)
if there is interest in that program, i can upload the source code (660 lines of code)
